Custom title: Shooting Star in a an Endless Diamond Sky
Why: I love her fiery personality combined with a soft spot for anyone in need of help.
Character appearance (try to get at least 2 or 3 sentences for each section)
Hair description: Jasmine's silky, jet-black hair reaches to her waist and is usually styled with some sort of hair accessory, and always with her crown on her head.
Facial description/mood/expressions: Jasmine's eyes are filled with fire when she is angry, but whenever she feels lonely, her eyes reflect longing. Her facial expressions tend to give away her feelings instead of hiding them.

Body build: Jasmine is rather slim and about average height.

History:
Then Jasmine met Rajah when she was only four. He was only a cub, and practically harmless, abandoned by his family. Jasmine's father didn't want Rajah around, because he was afraid her pet would become dangerous, but her mother recognized how much Jasmine loved him, and allowed her daughter to keep him with her. The cub grew up to be a loyal companion for Jasmine.
When Jasmine was seven, her father finally agreed to allow her to leave the palace, with her mother by her side, as well as a multitude of guards. They went together into the marketplace and Jasmine was introduced to the wider world. She loved it and immediately knew that she didn't want to be confined to the palace anymore, but wanted to travel the world and meet new people and see new places.
However, during their outing, her mother was tragically killed by an enemy of the royal family- one of Jafar's men. Her mother fought back, but she was outmatched. During the fight, she ordered the guards to leave her and get Jasmine back to the safety of the palace. They had no choice but to oblige, and because of this, Jasmine's mother was killed.
When the Sultan found out, he was horrified and struck with grief, so much that he ordered that he and Jasmine be taken to a sorcerer who would alter their memories. Afterward, Jasmine couldn't remember anything of her mother's death, and always attributed it to the fact that she was too young to remember. The Sultan remembered it as a tragic death from disease, but because of his altered memories, he didn't have the feelings that he once did for her.
Now that Jasmine's mother was gone, Jasmine was restricted to the palace like her father had always wanted her to be, for her own protection. She was allowed to keep Rajah, though, the one memory of her mother that hadn't gone away.
Also, Jafar was admitted to be the Sultan's royal advisor, because the Sultan now needed someone to help him rule. The Sultan was blind to Jafar's evil intentions, but even though Jasmine didn't know his exact plan, she could see past his disguise and knew that his intentions were villainous.
Despite her memories being erased, Jasmine still retained a longing to see the world, and the desire to escape from the palace.
When she was fifteen, Jasmine was supposed to be married to a prince by law, but she refused, wanting to marry instead for love. When she couldn't stand it any longer, she left the palace and ran into Aladdin in the marketplace.
She fell in love immediately, and was heartbroken when she thought he had been killed. To her surprise, he showed up again unharmed, but as a prince. She was angry that he had lied to her, but now that he had supposedly come clean, her anger didn't last long.
However, her happy ending nearly met its own end when Jafar sent Aladdin away, supposedly to his death, while turning Jasmine into his own personal slave.
However, Aladdin returned again and defeated Jafar, sending him away as a genie with Iago, and Jasmine was able to have her happy ending with Aladdin and make her own choices in life.
Ambitions: Travel the world, be free, equality for all people
Strengths & abilities: She is strong(mentally/emotionally). She doesn't possess magic, but she could learn if she tried.
Flaws: Jasmine always speaks her mind, which can get her into quite a bit of trouble. She is unpredictable and can be sneaky when she needs to be.
Likes: helping others, traveling
Dislikes: anyone being mistreated, being seen as weak
Fears: being trapped, being too weak for anything
Anything to add?:
RP SAMPLE:
Jasmine walked down the cracked road of a dark alley, peering carefully around every corner before proceeding. She had to find Aladdin, or her father, or Rajah. Someone. Anyone.
She didn't know how she had been brought here, or why, or how to deal with everything at once, especially now that she was alone. She didn't recognize any of the people or creatures roaming the streets, and she desperately needed for a familiar face.
Jasmine was hardly ever afraid, but right now, in the cool air of dusk in a strange place, her heart felt heavy and her mind wandered into shadowy corners, where anything might be hiding.
She continued to walk, her long gold dress not helping to hide her in the shadows. She felt alone and exposed, and she didn't know if the title "princess" would do her any good in this place.
Suddenly, up ahead, she saw a light from what appeared to be a lantern.
"Hello?" she called nervously, simultaneously anticipating and dreading an answer.
