*Title is military jargon for: let's get this aircraft preflighted and get out of here pronto!
While her husband was with her family, the costumed superheroine red head was patrolling the area for any crime or new people to help orient while also looking for a job to do in the meantime so that she could help with payments. If she was also being honest with herself, the talk about there being some kind of stunt show also called her to this place. Before Syndrome, it had been a long time since the superheroine mother had seen any kind of flying stunt. She thought she had left that life behind when she had burned her Elastigirl costume 15 years ago. Yet after she flew a plane again, despite the circumstances, it gave her that dose of adrenaline she hadn't experienced in a long time - and that was considering that she had a very fast boy to keep up with!
"A rocketeer?" Helen read the description in a pamphlet she had about the types of stunt shows there were here. The auburn haired super was headed towards the other stunt show by the lake when this had caught her attention.
Now, Helen was used to flying supers, rockets, robots with rocket powered legs, and now even non-flying supers with rocket powered boots. The idea of a rocketeer wasn't the reason it caught her attention. For all she knew, it was probably some 'Geardo' that was all gadgets and no skill. Still, Syndrome was the same way and Helen knew better than to underestimate that again. She couldn't risk not taking a second look and making sure this wasn't someone who worked with him.
Besides. She had never seen someone do stunts before with a rocket. She needed to see this for herself. Swinging through the buildings, she finally caught up to a small crowd gathering around the area that the show seemed to be on her map. In order to not attract the attention away from the Rocketeer during his performance, Elastigirl decided to seat herself on the roof of a nearby building to watch the show, away from the sight of the crowd that liked to ask for her autographs or pictures. Raising an eyebrow at the sound of an announcement that seemed to indicate that the show was about to start, her brown eyes peered around intently for any sign of suspicious activity and to see just what this was all about.
