<<If they wanted his help, they were going to have to bow down on their knees and beg..NOT BLOODY LIKELY!!>>
{{OOC: ;D}}
The Horned King crossed both his arms as he watched the events unfolding before him. All this hard work over a dog? The Horned King looked at dogs as being nothing more then mere tools, to help track and(possibly) kill things. A worthy companion for a hunter though. They weren't as useful as Gwythaint's, but dogs had their uses. Their intelligence was a bit lower then the humans, but depending on how they were trained, are alot more aggressive. Feed a starving dog even the most meager of scraps and it will lick the hand of it's master. However, dogs were expandable, just like the humans.
The Horned King had decided to try and see if he could sense Constance Hatchaway's presence nearby. Somehow, it seemed alot harder. He could sense Constance, but he was unable to pinpoint her exact location. Normally she was easy to find due to her being a ghost, yet the Horned King was having difficulties finding her. Hopefully she was still in the same place.. Darn Mozenrath! His presence seemed alot stronger.. Was it because the Horned King was no longer his normal size?
Alas, there was no luck in finding Constance's whereabouts. The earth began to rumble and the Horned King recoiled back underneath a nearby bench just in time for some humans to walk by. The crowd of visitors had backed away after being told by these new humans to "keep away from the dog." as it may possibly carry a disease of some sorts. It seemed they were here to try and catch the dog.
After a moment, the Horned King came back out when he assumed it was safe. Seeing as how he didn't really feel like helping with saving Basil's Dog.. Toby, was it? Seeing as how he didn't feel like helping with saving Toby, the Horned King prepaired himself for hearing some things from Basil of Baker Street.
{{OOC: Having trouble sensing things? Blame Mozenrath.. "Feed a starving dog even the most meager of scraps and it will lick the hand of it's master." Something along those lines. I got it from something, but I can't remember from what.. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind? As for the Dog-Catchers? I just assumed that the staff wouldn't let a stray dog wander the parks so I assumed they would get some dog-catchers to go out and catch the dog, whether it be for the safety of the visitors, the animals or the dog itself. }}
