Fibber waved his arms happily and gave a little smile as Jumba asked about his "getting into trouble", which was not his own fault and they both knew it, but the scientist's way of celebrating his not dying and all. He then smiled to the two super heroes again and around the conversation. As to his name though... It was just a trait of Jumba's to default to their numbers, but little 032 was as proud as any of the other Experiments of the name Lilo had bestowed and tugged on Jumba's shorts leg again, making another little noise and trying to correct. His name was Fibber. Didn't he recall that?
As to Jumba's dodging answer, he didn't technically lie in either statement, so Fibber left it alone.
He waddled over to hug Elastigirl's leg again in thanks, then waddled back over to Jumba.

The older Super Hero, possibly the young boy's mom (ack! Why did Jumba feel so dense for whatever was passing him by and unable to be grasped by him in the semi-familiar feeling!) echoed the Experiment's "name" 032 curiously; and the boy gave a bit more pronounced of a reaction!
Jumba smiled sheepishly Yes? What was being of it? And anyway little 032 hadn't been activated and named as far as he...
The Experiment trilled something. Jumba glanced down to him, listening and frowning thoughtfully. He...had an idea of where the Experiment was coming from with gestures and his noises, but not full understanding. Like with many of the mute Experiments, he guessed, or asked 625 when that was an option.
He got enough by this somehow though. "Fibber? Oh, excusing me, he is saying his name his Fibber". Jumba related, then thought over the name then smiled to himself. Oh, he supposed it was fitting, as Lilo's names tended to be.
"Anyway thanking you very much for saving him, hope he was not being trouble otherwise", but then no 032, or Fibber, wouldn't be, unless there was a lot of lying.
Jumba realized he hadn't answered the relation question, but he was still working up how to. And to that end maybe he should start working on his exit. He didn't do so just yet but began planning it up.
He gave a small smile as Fibber hugged the Super Heroine again in thanks. Jumba understood that much.

"Okay Fibber," The flexible superheroine bent down to kindly stroke the little alien on the head when it embraced her leg like it was one of her own kids when they were little, acknowledging the little alien's name with a small smile. It did give her some comfort knowing that this big Jumba guy could understand this little alien. Maybe he would be in good hands after all.
"Anyway thanking you very much for saving him, hope he was not being trouble otherwise"
When the little alien returned back to Jumba happily, the auburn haired super planted her hands on her curvy hips as she tossed Dash a small smirk. "Nah, no problem at all.." Elastigirl remarked in her tough manner of speaking. Well, no problem as far as Helen was concerned, but it was a problem for Dash and his fibbing. Fortunately, the mother knew her son well enough to know that she was going to get to the bottom of anything her son would be up to one way or another. She was used to his father after all.
"Let's get out of here," Elastigirl nodded to Dash with a smirk. Unlike her husband, she said no "heroic" words. She was simple enough to do what she came for and leave. With that, the superheroine took off running before she jumped 80 feet into the air and stretched her arms over to briskly swing herself through the trees with her super agility. If Dash wanted to change and go through all the adrenaline-fusing rides and stunts, she knew that he'd be right by her side.. because when it came to adrenaline rush, it was like mother, like son.

Judy Hopps: I was thinking about doing threads on a pandemic and quarantines and social distancing and all that. But I worried it might hit too close to home for some folks. What do you all think, save it for after the real pandemic?

Barley Lightfoot: I wondered about addressing it myself just when I had Barley come in basically when the parks would be closing and not busy. Myself I'm not sure. Maybe at least wait a bit and not right now in the midst seems safest yeah.

Elsa: Could also put asterisks at the top, and give a sort of trigger warning.
