(ooc: I tried to think if this needed a determined number cap, but I'll just close it when it feel full enough maybe)
Jumba bustled about both busily and excitedly, as he often did when inspiration had struck. The worst of it was when he had any idea to do with genetic Experiments, but he was just as capable of getting excited by mechanical inventions, especially when he could show them off!
Though he had downplayed his own fondness for his little Earth Ohana, Jumba had found showing off his inventions to them much better than just documenting his genius down in a stale scientific report video. Or later telling 625 and just getting snarky replies back.
Of course where Lilo was often intrigued, Pleakley and Nani often fell into the 'concerned' camp, but still Jumba would take it!
The girls were back home now...
Pleakley was around, though hard to find at times, and Jumba had no idea where 625 had got to.
Luckily the alien scientist had met more Earthlings and such here in the Parks, even adding Moana to his Ohana and letting her call him Uncle Jumba (not that he was stingy with the title either) and Dashiell Robert Parr looked up to him as well!
He was sure at least one of them or both would find this interesting!
Shrinking power was not a huge scientific break through for him to figure out, after all it had been, Experiment 128's whole deal. Well part of it.
Distilling that essence into a machine, and without the bug side-effect (maybe) had been a bit harder, but then it wouldn't have been worth doing if Jumba didn't have a complicated process to explain!
Now to show it off!
Jumba rushed over to his video intercom and put in Moana's number. "Little-Chief-Moana!", he immediately greeted her with his nickname before she could say anything, "Have done it and must be showing you! Is greatest invention ever!". Jumba always claimed that. "Be meeting me at beach!".
He meant the one that was near where she kept her canoe and, closing the connection with just these bare minimum instructions, grabbed a dolly, wheeling his machine over to a handily borrowed golf cart before driving over in the right direction, knowing the portal would take care of the rest.
Once he had arrived and set up, Jumba stood on the beach at Tokyo Disney Sea next to said machine and awaited Moana's arrival.
<<ooc: So I will bring Moana by, but anyone is welcome to beat her there, and if I recall the c-box plot correctly there will be some random transport power that will lose contact with Jumba once everyone is shrunk so they are left dealing with the side-effects.>>
