You know, those wonderful people who work in the parks that somehow manage to bring our favorite Disney characters to life.
Post some of your favorite character interactions and moments here.
Me, watching a young boy meeting the Queen of Hearts and Alice:
Alice: Oh, and this is the Queen of Hearts! She can be a good person if you don't upset her. Queen: *holds out her hand* Kid: *lightly headbutts the hand* Queen: *obviously trying to hold back her anger* Alice: *tries to calm down the Queen, but it's obviously failing*
Then when I met them, I bowed towards the Queen and she didn't want me to leave from that point on. xD
Me and the Tremaines, Lady Tremaine was just being quiet and giving me this glare the whole time. 0_O
Me: You know, I always liked you guys more then Cinderella. Drizella: Well, of course you do! Cinderella's conversations are always the same, it's always 'Hello, how are you? How's your visit? Have a magical day!" Ha! She could be replaced by a robot from the Pirates of the Carabbean and no one would ever know the difference! Anastasia: *Gives Drizella a weird glance*
One of my favorite moments personally was when Capt. Hook lost his temper at my brother's camera trouble. He couldn't talk, of course, but he very imperiously indicated where we were to stand and such.
Also, Tweedle Dee gave me the finger-tracing-a-circle-on-the temple to tell me that Tweedle Dum was crazy. "If he's crazy," I asked, "what are you?"
Aren't the characters just the greatest? Boy, would I love to spot Scrooge some day.
Wendy: *petting my head before giving a theatrical gasp* Ooh MY! Your socks, they're GREEN! You're wearing greeeeen socks; th-that's Peter's favorite color! Did you know that? It is! It's his most favorite color ever.
Me: ... *14 years old/weak smile*
XPPP I love the meetable charries but this was a bit...heh... *had a Max from A Goofy Movie moment*
Oooh my most memorable Meet n Greet moment was with Prince John!
I've always loved Robin Hood and PJ just always made me laugh with his thumb so when I saw him I got so excited I rushed forwards and waited patiently and just as he started towards me this really nasty woman shoved me out of the way so she could get autographs for her 4 screaming kids! As I got upset and went back to my dad a furry hand tapped me on the shoulder and I turned round and PJ had ignored the woman who shoved me and come to get me!
I was well chuffed! Got a picture, a regal pat on the head *PJ dont 'hug' lol* and an autograph hahah!
When I was a child, my family would go to Disney World every year no matter what. On the way down there (I only live in Georgia), my Dad was trying to convince my sister and I that Mickey Mouse was actually a rat. Every time we yelled at him saying that he was indeed a mouse! Well, when we were at Epcot, we spotted Mickey and patiently waited for autographs. My little sister who was 5 at the time, went to Mickey, tugged on his ear, and explained what my Dad had said...
Mickey walked over to my father and wagged his finger in his face, getting onto him about what he had called him. This is all on video and I simply adore it!
XD I remember when I went to Disneu World...Captn Hook and Schmee was trying to steal kids' food.
Me: *walking with a turkey and makes a double take* Captain Hook: *pokes Schmee and points at nearby table with food on* Schmee: *nods anxiously and slowly creeps to the table* Captain Hook: *whacks Schmee on the head with his hook* Me: I'm so not sharing. O___O *walks away quickly*

I have a lot of great memories with Disney characters. I particularly remember one time that I visited when I was around 11 or 12 and refused to take pictures with the characters (I was modest and fairly embarrassed, but not so now! Things would be different if I could go back now) but my mom always loved the camera and asked me to take a picture of her with Smee and Captain Hook.
I couldn't figure out how to work the camera and my mom started getting annoyed and yelling at me. Behind her, Captain Hook started mimicking her annoyed hand gestures with his one hand and his hook-it was the funniest thing. To do this day, she still doesn't understand why I was laughing hysterically while she snapped at me.
Another time, I got pushed into taking a picture with Balloo. I kept complaining about it, and I think he overheard; when we took the picture, he put bunny ears over my head <3
Last time I visited I had brunch with Alice, the Hatter, Mary Poppins, Pooh and Tigger. Alice noticed that my tote bag had a picture of her on it (I have a tradition of using only bags with Alice in Wonderland on it) and she proceeded to tell me I had extremely good taste in purses.
When I was five, Belle apparently told me I looked just like her and that we could be sisters. She's always been my favorite because we're so alike, and though I don't remember it there's a picture of me looking half-stunned and half-drugged with happiness right after she told me.
I go to Dinseyland... like... all the time. I don't really remember any meet and greets from when I was a kid (and the last couple years have been weak in the character department) but the last few times I've gone, over the last, say, month and a half, I've had a few... odd encounters.
So keep in mind that I dress up. I make sure my costume is authentic enough to be recognizable but not authentic enough to get me thrown out of the park--and I have braces, so kids don't think I'm the real thing, anyway. xD
But, since I'm dressed up, the characters absolutely have a blast with me. Once I was sitting in the front row watching the Soundsational Summer parade, and, as it passed, at LEAST five characters stopped and examined me--I was dressed as Tinkerbell. The first stopped, peered at me, and then pointed behind him (as that's where the Tinkerbell float was) and said, "Aren't you supposed to be...?" I grinned and shrugged. So did he, looking bewildered, and then dashed off after his float. I got the chimpanzees in the Lion King parade making monkey sounds around me (to which I put on my best Tink-annoyed face) and the chimney sweeps in the Mary Poppins float gave me the same reaction as the first guy.
But what was the funniest was that, when Peter Pan and Tink went by, in front of the float were Smee and Captain Hook. The floats all paused (maybe a hold up, I don't know) and, during the pause, Smee saw me. He staggered back, pointed at me (I waved all coy-like) and then dashed over to Hook, yanking him in my direction. He was peeved for a moment but, when he saw me, stalked over and attempted to snag me with his hook. At that point the floats started moving again and Smee and Hook glared at me for a moment longer before going on their way. Tinkerbell (on the float) was even less pleased to see my outfit, and stomped her foot, shook her hair around, and then waved her wand at me in what was clearly an angry manner. I stuck out my tongue.
The next time I went, again in the Tink outfit (both days were BLISTERING hot), I opted to take a picture with Hook. So I waited in line and then, when it was my turn, stepped up. He gave me a once over, gestured to my outfit, and then promptly facepalmed and shook his head. I smirked. After a moment of that he, obviously disgruntled, waved me over and I stepped over to him. He put his hand on my head and his Hook around my neck. I did my best shocked face, and my brother snapped the picture.
...I should upload that. xD
He then shooed me away, wanting nothing more to do with me, and I left all happy inside.
Also worth mentioning: Queen Grimhilde. I once saw her walking through the very-crowed Main Street and waving her hands in a lazy manner, looking bored and slightly annoyed, and chanting, in monotone, "Move. Move. Move." every few seconds.
