Long Overdue Gratitude {Helen}

Jumba paced. This was a lot harder to figure than he had anticipated it would be, and for his genius mind, it should have been the easiest of problems to solve! It was simple. Tell or Not? or more, Thank or Not? Dashiell Robert Parr had spilled that he and the youngest of the duo of Supers to have saved 032 were one and the same. After giving himself away and backed into a corner.
Jumba had thanked him, but not his mother. Though thanking one sort of seemed to do for all; didn't it?
That was the important question, and one the scientist was slight agonizing over. It felt wrong to just not, and yet was he free to say anything when it was obvious they were both attempting to keep their identities secret. Jumba could understand that, though his own cover on Hawaii had always been half-broken at best.
He would hate to repay the boy himself (who was a very likable little boy) by getting him into trouble for telling their status.
Yet, the thought wouldn't go away. Elastigirl (as a bit more asking revealed the name was) may have been thanked, but not Helen Parr, and that wouldn't do!
Of course two seconds after putting his plan into action and knocking at the Parr's cabin room, Jumba considered his last consideration, of how he was going to dodge around how he knew, and almost gave up the whole plan, or he'd turned, before he heard the door and realized he couldn't. So he turned back with a smile. Please be Dash...it wasn't.
"Hello Mrs. Parr, um...as far as you are knowing, we have not been meeting I know but...um...well", Jumba gave one of his sheepish grins, usually used for when he'd done something wrong. "...am thinking I might have run into you...at costume party", Jumba was aware of the public hallway he was standing in and used all the secret keeping considerations he would wish as he spoke knowingly but not, "And so...was just wishing to thank...for assistance when...was not realizing should be doing so".
Jumba wished to go on and state how her secret was safe with him, but couldn't do that, even in this supposed open area, without admitting there was one; so just smiled again, "So thank-you, um, will be wishing you good day now". Jumba tipped his hat, and was trying to not make this too uncomfortable on her end.
<<Yes yes, feel free to have Helen stop him and he can speak more openly inside etc>>
