Jasiri, the usually confident hyena, had a bit of a problem. That was she almost managed to slip by a subject in her classes, one that demanded reading even more than language, at least when you hardly live in a place of culture yourself. Social Studies, history, the cultures of the world! She would naturally be expected to guide her students through learning about it. Of course learning to learn, and using plenty of visuals would work, but until Jasiri knew how to read, and read well, she could only learn it through experience.
"Go to EPCOT and learn about it there..." she scoffed, "They could do that, I need to... feel the culture, that's right." she said to herself, as she gathered what she really wanted from this visit to this strange shop, she came very early, the sun hardly lighting the way, so she could spend as much time as she needed, and to not worry about it being too busy to browse.
She browsed, passing by a display of sunglasses, to the right of the entrance were shirts, other things she could not describe as well as more shirts were ahead of her. She passed by the register, "Can I help you with anything?" the cashier asked tiredly, hardly noticing apparently that Jasiri was not a dog nor with a human, or animals had simply become normal among the staff. Jasiri shook her head, "No thanks." she said dismissively but with a smile.
A case of... well, Jasiri was too small to see of what. She paused in front of the case. "Great, probably the one thing I really should look at. It has to be good if it's kept in something like this." she looked back at the cashier, and grumbled. "Well I'm not asking to be held." she scoffed, turning around she spotted a table opposite, "I can make that jump..." the hyena said, turning and putting her tail to the case, before making a running start, and... smack! Her head would hit the table, slightly rattling the bowls on top of the table. "YIPE!"
That certainly would attract attention. She got up, and tried shaking herself to her senses, but stood there dazed a moment.
