charrie basics.[/ul]
age: around 3-4 years
species: mutt
birthplace: New England
movie: The Lady and the Tramp
title: Living life on the streets, with some cool beats!
why: why'd you pick this character? (minimum 2 sentences) I want to join as Toughy because I always find the guy interesting. A stray with no worries in life with loads of time to practice his howling(singing).

charrie appearance[/ul]
facial description/mood expressions: As mentioned earlier, Toughy's face is very furry, and maybe a little bit messy too. Most of the time, if not all the time, Toughy is a laid back dog with little worries. His face usually sports a smile, and his eyes are always relaxed. The only thing that can make him frown is when a fellow pound dog has his days numbered, or when he's caged. One thing's for sure, he uses his eyes to express his emotions most of all, second is his snout, then his ears and tail.
clothing style: Toughy wears two things, his fur and his confidence!
body build: Being a stray that doesn't stay in one place for too long, a proper diet is hard to come by but Toughy manages due to having the right mindset and attitude ideal for strays. But all in all, lacking food and constant travel has had him grow up to be quite a scrawny dog. He's quite tall, and a healthy posture when sitting and standing. He proves yet again, positive thinking shows!
any unique traits (optional) : The fur on his face is what let's his friends know who he is in an instant. Excluding his face, his body is full of shades of orange. But his face on the other hand is very colorful and distinct from the rest of his body. His muzzle and right eye are of a creamy color. His left eye has a brownish grey patch of fur while his left ear matches the color of his underbelly.

original charrie analysis. (everything must be in your own words! please be thorough.)[/ul]
Head strong and confident, he's a persistant dog where giving up is usually not, if not never an option. Having charisma, many strays he meets can consider him an influencial leader who is full of enthusiasm. Toughy believes there's nothing better than a good laugh from time to time. But being a tongue in cheek dog, his jokes can be offensive to some, lucky for him, when Peg's around she let's him know when he goes too far.
history: Toughy was introduced in Lady and the Tramp when Lady was put in the pound. In an instant, alongside with Bull, Toughy was first to run up to Lady and give her a tongue in cheek greeting. Toughy practiced howling with his cellmates, Boris, Bull, Pedro and on occassions as lead vocals, Peg. Doxy(The dachshund) provided as their personal critic. Toughy wasn't the kind to talk much of his history for he only lives in the present and hopes for the future.
But one can sum up that he was born a stray to a family of strays. He is amongst the street dogs who would wander about the towns of New England. He has befriended paritculary 5 fellow strays, Peg, Bull, Boris, Pedro, and Doxy. Though never actually meeting Tramp face to face, Toughy implies on seeing him from time to time indirectly and has heard of all the gossip on him that the streets spread, most of them usually true. Toughy was last seen in the dog pound with his friends. (jANI3: This is where things are made up now.) No one saw Toughy as an ideal pet for adoption, on the day he was to take what the dogs call "the long walk", Toughy waited for the oppurtunity to make a run for it.
Now Toughy is back on the streets howling, exploring, and traveling once again. This vagabond isn't ready to give up on life yet and his desire for freedom remains strong.
ambitions: Toughy doesn't really have any particular ambitions, he just wants to live his life to the fullest and of course, howl music.
strengths && abilities: Toughy is a confident dog with the very necessary trait of being stubborn. He is also an oppurtunist and is willing to fight for his freedom if he is called to do so. He has a tongue in cheek humor that helps him manage in the hard knock life and sees the world for what it is. He knows the world isn't a fair place, but with the right sense of determination, you can make your life one to be proud of.
flaws: His strengths can be his flaws sometimes. Especially his sense of humor, not all strays have all the ideal traits for living life on the streets, and these dogs will not have any offensive jokes thrown at 'em. Toughy's stubborness is good when defending himself and his friends from rivals, but when in an argument with friends, the chances of damage being done is likely.
likes: Howling, Freedom, Traveling, Meeting new friends/enemies
dislikes: Being ruled over, The Dog Pound, Tight spaces
fears: His life ending in a dog pound, Losing his freedom
what makes this character unique: Toughy is as streetwise and headstrong as Tramp is. With his attitude and personality, Toughy can be considered one of the top dogs of his main hometown. He always does his best to replace his fears and doubts with bravery and will. Unlike Treamp though, Toughy is not too bothered with being caught, his pride does not apply with dog catchers, for him, being caught is part of the street life and a small price to pay for such a life. Tramp on the other hand, has his pride of being no. 1 dog and never wants to be caught. Toughy is always ready to find a way to escape when he's caught by the catchers so for him, being captured fropm time to time is okay.
RP SAMPLE: ---- After his escape from the pound, Toughy felt it was time he went exploring the world outside of New England. He always wondered just how far dogs can go in life out there in the busy world. He always wanted to experience life in city streets. So Toughy bid New England farewell and off he went, hitchhiking on trains and ships and boats.
He met many dogs, many cats, many birds, he howled and sang with them. The trip was too thrilling for a day when Toughy felt down. And so, his trip lead him to Orlando, Florida. "Okay! Here's my stop!", Toughy said as he stood up from the back of a truck. As the truck stopped due to a red light, Toughy jumped off and ran to the nearest sidewalk.
Smiling, Toughy looked back at the truck as it went on it's way when the red light switched to the green one. "Oh yeaaah!" Toughy stretched his whole body for a few seconds then got on his feet. Toughy looked to his left then to his right. And then he looked up and his relaxed face changed to one of awe.
"Whoa. That's a big castle! I've seen 'em in books and tvs, but never in real life!", Toughy exclaimed with excitement. He knew there was more to be discovered outside New England, and so far his beliefs have not let him down. "Well, it's no question to where I'm headed." Toughy said satisfyingly. And so Toughy took a stroll towards the castle, unaware just how right he was, on how there are many, new, and exciting things waiting for him in the Worlds of Disney.
