It had been an absolutely lovely (albeit hectic) day, Oliver decided. He stepped lightly through one of the places in the park he hadn't explored yet, and felt his stomach rumble, sending a tremor throughout his body. He hadn't eaten since early that morning, and the steady padding of his feet upon the ground had grown into pangs of hunger.
Suddenly, the small orange cat felt a delightful aroma tickle his nose, teasing his tastebuds. To many it may have been off-turning, but Oliver knew it as only one thing - the succulent smell of raw fish. The smell was teasing Oliver, and immediately his mouth began to water. His tongue fell out of his mouth, and the cat knew that fish would be the best thing to appease his empty, aching stomach.
Oliver stuck his nose up in the air, and shut his eyes, following the scent along the street. To be honest, Oliver had no idea where on earth he was going; this was his very first trip to Epcot, not to mention the Japan area within the World Showcase. All he knew was that he was going towards the delicious, tantalizing smell of sushi, despite bumping into many a human and lightpost along the way. Much to his dismay, however, before he reached his destination, Oliver lost the lovely fragrance.
The feline wasn't sure how such a thing had happened. One moment, the smell had been there, and the next, it had not. The yowling of Oliver's belly, however, continually reminded him that eating fish would be a delightful treat at this very moment. The cat groaned, and pouted slightly, racking his brain to figure out another way to locate something to eat. He wasn't sure whether he could just walk into a store, and ask for food - that would never have been okay on the streets! He had to steal all his food there.
Was the park different? Oliver didn't know. All he knew was that his stomach felt like it was collapsing in on him!
