charrie appearance[/ul]
facial description/mood expressions: Mufasa has a noble face. His eyes show genuine and kindness. His facial structure itself show's intelligence. His mane shows that he is not only Majestic but it represents who he is. His size represents power, and protectiveness. When Mufasa gets angry his mouth gets somewhat stiff and he begins to glare. When he's happy, he just smiles and his eyes relax showing that he's calm, and cool. When he's sad, his eyes become smaller just a tad, and he show's a little frown, keeping himself quiet.
clothing style: He doesn't wear any clothing
body build: He is huge. Mufasa is probably at least twice the size of Adult Simba.
any unique traits (optional) : One of the things about Mufasa is that you could always count on him when it comes to advice. He is there when you need him. If he cares about you, he will protect you at all cost even if that means risking his own life. He is a wise, majestic protector and he wouldn't change himself for the world.

original charrie analysis. (everything must be in your own words! please be thorough.)[/ul]
To elaborate further on Mufasa, he has strong feelings on certain things like for example, he wouldn't be one to think that it was alright for someone to pretend they are something that in reality, they are not. He is one for believing and encouraging those to remember who they are and to be proud of it. For example, his son once forgotten who he was and left to live a life with no worries when in all reality, he was really the next King of the Pridelands. It took Mufasa's words of wisdom to get Simba to understand the true meaning of loving yourself, being yourself, and to face life, even when it seems too complicated.
Unlike, others who may hold a grudge on someone who has done something unforgivable, Mufasa is one to believe that forgiveness is always the answer. He believes that in hope that one day, the ones that have done wrong may learn what love and life is all about and that fighting over nothing or hurting someone will not get you anywhere. For example, even though that Scar betrayed his big brother, Mufasa still loves and cares about his brother. He's more cautious about him now, but that doesn't change the way he feels about his brother, Scar.
Mufasa is worthy of praise, simply because he is basically a teacher of excellence to a certain extent. He taught Simba about the Circle of Life and how to keep the cycle going. Scar, however, when the Pridelands were in his control, he messed up that cycle because he didn't understand. Also, Mufasa shown more worthiness by showing his care for all living things and his effort to keep things running smoothly.
Mufasa has always been protective over his family as well. For example, when the Hyena's tried to cook Simba, it was his father who was there to save him and even when he died, he kept a close watch on him. He guided him throughout Simba's life, even when Simba didn't know it.
history: A huge, powerful, male lion, Mufasa is the King of the Pride Lands at the start of the The Lion King, father of Simba and mate of Sarabi. He is shown to be a wise and fair ruler, who follows the "Circle of Life". However, his brother Scar is jealous of him and forms a plan to kill Mufasa and Simba so he can be king. Mufasa is ultimately portrayed as an "ideal king", strong, powerful, and kind-hearted, which is contrasted to the deceitfulness and lust for power of Scar.
Scar, he and Mufasa have always had a complicated relationship. Of course, they were brothers and most brothers would fight and fuss but these two particular didn't have a brotherly bond that other brothers would have. Scar has always been jealous of his brother. It seemed that Mufasa would always be the one getting attention. Big brother would get the praise while little brother had to stay back in the sidelines.
Scar hated it. He didn't like the thought of having to be in his brothers shadow. They never gave him a chance, instead it was Mufasa that got everything. Scar had to get revenge somehow, it just didn't occur to him to actually kill him until the time was right.
When Simba was born, he knew that he would never have his chance at being King, because he knew that once Mufasa stepped down it would be Simba whom would rise as the new King. Scar didn't like that one bit, in fact, he felt left out which is why he wasn't at the ceremony of Simba's birth. He didn't want to be there simply because of the fact that he couldn't bare to watch the new prince getting the attention that he never had whilst only being a newborn cub.
Scar's first attempt to kill Simba is foiled when Mufasa interferes, but he succeeds the next time by triggering a large-scale wildebeest stampede. Mufasa successfully saves Simba and struggles to climb up a cliff. Scar, waiting for him at the top, pierces Mufasa's paws hard with his claws and lets go after saying, "Long live the king."
Simba didn't see his father's actual death happen, but Scar did effortlessly make him believe that it was his fault. Ridden with guilt, Simba runs away from the Pride Lands and befriends Timon and Pumbaa. After many years, Simba meets his old friend Nala, who tries to persuade him to return and take his place as king. Simba refuses and runs away from Nala to a field where he encounters the wise mandrill Rafiki. Rafiki takes him to a small, magical pool which brings upon Mufasa's ghost, up in the sky. The ghost tells Simba that he is his only son and has to take his responsibility to be King of the Pride Lands. Simba then returns to his homeland, defeats Scar and takes his rightful place as king. In the final scene of the film, Mufasa (again in the clouds) says, "Remember" as Simba stands triumphant on Pride Rock. All of a sudden something happens and Mufasa wakes up and realizes that he is once again alive.
ambitions: Kindness, fresh air, all living things.
strengths && abilities: He's tough, he fast, and he's intelligent.
flaws: When he get's angry, it usually takes a while for him to calm down. Sometimes Mufasa can be too forgiving even to those who do not deserve it, but that's just the way he is. Waking up too early in the morning is not his thing, he usually loves to sleep in but sometimes, he has to get up.
likes: Kindness, fresh air, all living things.
dislikes: Lies, Evil, Hatred
fears: He fears death of anyone he cares about, failing to protect those who seek it, and he also fears that one day, not only himself but all of his family, will be gone.
what makes this character unique: What makes Mufasa unique is because, he is different than most lions you see. He's not just brave, he's courageous and wise. On the outside he's as tough as a rock but on the inside he's a softy. He also does have good sense of humor.
RP SAMPLE: Well it all begins when the Great King realizes where he is and he sees humans. He sees them walking around him and back and fourth. Mufasa had to find a way to get back home, he wanted to see his son. He wanted to see his grandson and his grandaughter along with the rest of the family. The big lion began to walk forward and through the area as the sun shined on his red-ish orange color mane. Mufasa was a huge lion and he was was wise too and Mufasa always knew how to overcome things and make things better all over again. Mufasa never had been to this place though. It was different then where he is from. Mufasa looked to his left and then looked to the right and then he continued forward. Before he tried to go home he thought it was best that he observed the new place that he was at.
The King looked as he seen little kids and family's smiling and laughing and he could tell that they were having a good time. That made him think about Sarabi, Simba, and himself. He missed being with his family. He also watched as one of the brothers of the sibling began fighting with his older brother and that made him think of Scar. Mufasa used to think that Scar was good at heart but just had a hard time showing it but after Scar attempted to kill him he knew from then on that Scar was evil. Mufasa wished that his brother had more heart and that he wasnt the way that he was but Scar is that way and Mufasa knows it.
The Royal Lion began to make his way to the alley way and then came up to a sign that had Young Simba on the back of Mufasa and that made him smile and that made him realize that he could not stay there at that place and observe anymore. He couldn't waste anymore time. He had to get home and Mufasa was going to make sure that it happened soon. Everyone was with their familys now its about time that Mufasa got back to his. They might be suprised to see him alive but the sooner they see better.
