charrie basics.[/ul]
age: 17
species: Human
birthplace: Argentina
movie: 'Atlantis: The Lost Empire' and 'Atlantis: Milo's Return'
title:
two for FLINCHING!
why: Atlantis is my favorite Disney film ever since I was young. Audrey is my favorite character because of her strength of character that makes her stand out so much. Especially because she's achieved so much for someone so young.

charrie appearance[/ul]
facial description: Audrey is latino, so her skin is a soft russet colour. Her eyes are quite large and are the main focus of her face, the dark brown iris only a shade away from the black of her wide pupils. They are framed with dark lashes and bold, black eyebrows. Her nose is quite small and is upturned which is comman in the Ramirez family. She has large, full bow lips and comically buck front teeth that are not that differant to rabbits teeth. Audrey has quite a strong, angular jaw which, combined with all her other strong features, do give her a certain striking quality.
mood expressions: Her face is usually very composed in quite a sarcastic mask, one eyebrow raised and a semi-pout on her lips. Whatever emotion she feels, her face usually bares the same irritated, sarcastic expression which fits in nicely with her sure-fire droll comments.
clothing style: Being born in 1897, her clothing style should have consisted of fancy and lacy dresses however her style is far more boistress then that. Because her father wanted boys in order to run his mechanic shop, she found herself filling in for that role by dressing like a boy and not caring about acting femenin. Usually, she likes to dress in her favorite pair of dungarees with some hard-wearing combat boots and hide gloves. Her outfit is usually finished off with a crystal-pendant that was given to her by her friend Milo and is worn on the end of a leather thread around her neck.
body build: Being only a teenager, she is partway between womanhood and childhood so she is in an akward growth stage, not fully grown into her new curves. She is very short but with a mild stocky build which she got from her athletic frame.

original charrie analysis.[/ul]
She is very kind to her friends and, although she can take her anger too far, she knows when she's crossed a line and so tries to make it right. She is a valuable friend as she always will do what is right over what is easy and she will also protect those who she calls friends from anything that crosses their path. It is one of the times her non-sensitive personality can come in handy.
history: Audrey was born in South America in 1897 to her Dad, Mom and a seven years older sister. Her dad owned a machine shop that he had inherited from his father after he died. Audrey's dad had always wanted two sons: one to run the machine shop with him and one to become a boxing champion. But when his wife had the two girls, he refused to let his dream die. When Audrey was still young, her mother died from sickness so, without a strong female influence in the house, Audrey thought nothing of messing about with replica engines or watching her dad fix something in his shop, even helping sometimes. Audrey and her dad ran the shop together when she reached thirteen, as her sister went off to persue her boxing carear. The shop became very sucsessful and so Audrey's dad started making a name for himself.
By seventeen, her dad was called in to become the chief engineer of a discovaritory expitition to Iceland. Since Audrey had nobody to look after her, he took her with him. On the trip to find an old book called 'the Shepherd's Journal' the team ran into several problems with a few of the truck engines. Audrey decided to help out and the team discovered she was the best mechanic there, second only to her dad. After recovering the Journal, the expedition needed to continue but, instead of recruiting her dad, she was hired to be the chief engineer on the second part of the trip. She had wanted to stay with her dad and help run the shop but, when told how large a sum she would be payed for the mission, she took the job.
On the expidition, most of her team were lost when the submarine was attacked by a leviathan and so the crew had to continue with many heavy casualties caused by creatures they found along the way to the lost city of Atlantis. When they found the city, the head of the expedition, Rourke, told one of the crew, called Milo, to find out about the city from the king's daughter however he, along with the rest of the crew, doubble crossed Milo and the Atlantians. When the crew stole the crytal which was the Atlantian's life source, Milo refused to go. Audrey was the first to grow an concience and also refused to leave, thus convincing most of the crew to join her and Milo to try and steal back the crystal from Rourke. Audrey and the others were heavily rewarded for helping Atlantis with gold and a crystal pendant which would extend her life.
When Audrey got home, she and her dad had enough money to open up another shop where Audrey moved in to, to manage on her own. Because of her new found wealth, she did buy a few fancy dresses. She also took ownership of Milo's old cat, Fluffy. Having already reached her goal to open up the second shop, and her sister having won the gold in boxing, her and her family's life is perfectly content. But she refuses to give up mechanics as a carear and now seeks adevnture more the money on her expeditions.

what makes this character unique: Audrey is very unique as although she is female, she destroys any steriotype attached to women. Her devil-may-care attitude and lack of sensitivity is not comman in good characters. She is also nearing the peak of her carear even though she is only 17 which is impossibly impressive.
RP SAMPLE:
Audrey sat on the counter in the shop, trying to read a book. However, Audrey didn't really know how to read very well, having only learnt a bit from her friends. She had discovered that customers were more at ease when the person whom would be servicing their engine was intellectual, her Poppa taught her that. Although they were never really comfortable to see a young girl, as they called her, running the shop. It always gave Audrey a laugh to see when their jaws dropped as she would get to work.
As helpful as it might be to read, Audrey really couldn't be bothered with it and so she threw it casually over her shoulder and yawned widely and unnatractivly, clicking her back as she did so. There was some commotion further away from her shop but still closer to town so it didn't irritate her so much. Everybody was aparently fussed over some war in Europe. But Audrey couldn't be bothered with it. If it wasn't in either of her shops or in Atlantis, it didn't concern her.
Which reminded her. She leaned behind her and opened one of the draws to her counter, pulling out an old photograph of the team. In the photo, Audrey was halfway through playfully punching Milo on the arm as he flinched, a ritual that they had. Looking at everyone in the photo: Vinnie, Cookie, Sweet, Mole, Wilhelmina...it made her sigh. She dearly missed them all so much and wondered how she could meet up with any of them. Furrowing her brow, she jumped off the counter, slipped the photo into her pocket and walked out the shop, locking it behind her.
