Who am I? Just a conscience!
Introduce yourself
Hey, howdy, hey! The name's Luna, and I wished upon a star from Google. My other imaginary friends include None. Marahute and I are so very eager to join the Worlds of Disney circle of life!
Character basics
Character name: Marahute
Age: Five years (eagle equivalent of a human in their twenties)
Species: Giant golden eagle
Birthplace: Australia
Movie: The Rescuers Down Under
Custom title: Great Golden Eagle
Why: I picked Marahute because she is such a beautiful character, both in looks and in personality. I love the way she views Cody as a friend and the part where she tickles him with her talon made me laugh.
Character appearance (try to get at least 2 or 3 sentences for each section)
Hair description: Being a bird, Marahute has feathers instead of hair. Her head, neck and underside are completely white. Marahute's back, wings and tail are a warm golden colour. Her primary wing feathers also have brown tips.
Facial description/mood/expressions: Marahute appears to have a fierce facial expression, although this is because her anatomy doesn't allow her to move her face the way a human might. Instead, she uses her eyes, as well as other body language to express herself. Marahute also uses sound to communicate, but unless you can speak bird, understanding her is difficult.
Clothing style: Marahute doesn't wear clothing at all. Even if she did, getting items in her size would be almost impossible.
Body build: Like normal eagles, Marahute has a muscular and powerful build. Unlike normal eagles, however, she is much larger.
Any unique traits (optional): The most unique thing about Marahute is her huge size. Although it makes her look majestic in flight, it also makes finding places to land and roost problematic.
Original character analysis (In your own words and please be thorough)
Personality: Marahute, despite her fierce looks, is a very motherly bird. She is very protective of those she considers to be her friends. Marahute is also very intelligent and has a cheeky sense of humour. She generally has a calm demeanour and doesn't get angry often. One of the easiest ways to get Marahute angry would be to mess with her or her friends. She also has a loathing for poachers, due to what happened to her and her mate. Marahute also has a tendency to get frustrated when others have trouble understanding her.
History: Marahute was born and raised in the Australian Outback. She lived with her parents in an aerie on top of a tall cliff. Due to their large size and elusive nature, Marahute's parents chose a very remote area to raise their young. She was one of two, but as is nature's way, her sister did not survive, leaving Marahute to be raised as an only chick. She had an average childhood, well average for an eagle anyway.
Marahute learned how to fly, hunt and defend herself under the watchful gaze of her parents. Eventually, she grew too large for the aerie and left to find her own place in the world. A few years after leaving the aerie, she met a kind, yet courageous male eagle named Sifu. Marahute quickly took a liking to Sifu and he took a liking to her. The two eagles formed a lifelong bond and decided to build their own aerie to raise a family.
After the aerie was complete, Marahute laid three eggs. She was looking forward to being a mother and Sifu was excited at the prospect of fatherhood. Unfortunately the happy couple's bliss could not last. Marahute was sitting on the eggs when Sifu returned from hunting. She was about to go hunting and let Sifu take over sitting duty, when both eagles heard gunshots nearby. Sifu, being the brave eagle he was, told Marahute to stay with the eggs while he lead the hunter, Percival C. McLeach, away. Unfortunately, he never returned to the aerie.
Marahute mourned Sifu for a little while, before realising that Sifu would want her to be a strong mother for her babies. So she did just that, vowing never to have anything to do with humankind. Little did Marahute know that her perceptions of humans was about to change. She was hunting in her usual area, which wasn't too far from her aerie, when she became ensnared in a hunter's trap. Marahute was both terrified and angry and she screamed and thrashed against the ropes that bound her, but they were too tight. Fortunately, her screams were heard by an adventurous young lad named Cody and he climbed up the cliff to rescue her. But when he got out his pocket knife to cut the ropes, Marahute panicked. She thought Cody wanted to hurt her but the boy managed to calm her down and free her.
But when Marahute spread her enormous wings and took off, she accidently knocked him off the cliff. Feeling bad for the boy who had saved her, she swooped down and caught him on her back. Marahute and Cody soon became fast friends and had adventures together. Their friendship was so strong that even when McLeach and his pet goanna, Joanna, kidnapped them both, they were still there for each other no matter what. Fortunately, help soon arrived in the form of two mice called Bernard and Bianca, and a kangaroo rat called Jake.
Shortly after being rescued and having saved Cody and Bernard, Marahute was whisked away to Walt Disney World by a strange spell and is now residing in the Animal Kingdom.

Anything to add?: Marahute, despite being rather large, actually hides herself quite well. This is because she doesn't appear in front of tourists very often and when she does, they think she is an animatronic eagle.
RP SAMPLE:
Marahute looked around as she soared over the Oasis. Fortunately, she was high enough that she avoided notice from the tourists below. But Marahute was still confused. This wasn't the Australian Outback and where was Cody? The huge golden bird continued to look around until she saw the tourists leaving to go home to their families. Knowing that it was going to get dark soon, Marahute decided to find a place to roost for the night.
