The Grand Floridian Hotel was not yet home to Morgan, but it was similar to the apartment life that she had back in New York at her father's loft. The little six year old was happy to have Giselle with her instead of being by herself; she gave her some semblance of home, at least. Morgan was not yet used to being alone without a parental guardian; her father being very strict on that since she could remember. Jessie was helping her to be used to the idea, though she wasn't quite used to being alone without someone there, so it helped that she had brought Jessie with her to make her feel comforted by the idea.
Thanks to the children's boutique in the Grand Floridian hotel, Morgan Phillip was dressed as a fairy princess - glittery wings, fluffy wand, and all - with her pink, glimmering dress and her honey brown hair down with a tiara on her head while sat at the campfire with her Jessie doll to hear fairytale stories. "Do you see her?" She wondered to Jessie with her eyebrows tilted upwards, glancing up at the balconies to see if she could spot Giselle in one of them, watching her from above. Unlike many kids, she actually did feel more comfortable being with them instead of on her own, though she tried to pretend that this was one of those times where she was playing dress up as a fairy princess in her room, only this time she was able to be one outside!
The talk of sharing stories around the campfire interrupted her concerns and directed the six year old's attention over to the host of the campfire stories hotel activity, causing a smile to form on her chubby cheeks with anticipation for the stories that she'd hear. She couldn't wait to hear more about them so that she could tell Giselle. She had the best stories. An older boy was threatening to ruin the magical moment, however; he made a side comment that Morgan unfortunately heard given that she was right next to him. Morgan crinkled her nose and tried to ignore him, but the boy kept whispering jokes to his friend about the fairytale story and wasn't letting her listen! "That's not true! Fairies are real!" She finally said to the boy with a little attitude in her expression, as if this boy was completely wrong, like her daddy was sometimes. Morgan dressed up as one after all. Unfortunately, she had she said that a little too loudly in front of the rest of the campfire group and the little introvert suddenly grew very shy and lowered her head. The fact that this had happened before with the rest of the kids laughing at her was one of the reasons why she didn't have many friends at school.
