Hey, howdy, hey! The name's Gatonom, and I wished upon a star from Neo. My other imaginary friends include Zira, Kronk, and Zazu. Tito and I are so very eager to join the Worlds of Disney circle of life!

Custom title: A feisty little runt with heart.
Why'd you pick this character? I love how Tito mixes bravery with heart, acting a lot like Scrappy Doo but having the bite to back up his bark. As well as how excitable and rapid he can be.
Character appearance (try to get at least 2 or 3 sentences for each section)
Hair description: Tito sports a head of messy orange hair, the front of which is held up by his green headband. When excited or electrified it stands on end, and he returns it easily to normal after it is messed up or groomed.
Facial description/mood/expressions: Tito is very expressive and energetic. When happy he often closes his eyes, and when angry opens his mouth wide in a scowl. When surprised his hair from the neck up stands up on end, and when particularly annoyed he narrows his eyes. His eyes and hair are central to his expressions, occasionally his teeth.
Clothing style: Aside from the green headband he always wears, Tito rarely wears clothing. However he is not a stranger to it, having been dressed up at least once in a sailor outfit by a poodle known as Georgette. He has less problems with accessories than clothing.
Body build: As a chihuahua, Tito is one of the smallest dogs around. On top of this he is lithe from living on the scarce food his gang and owner can scrounge up.
Any unique traits (optional): A noticeable notch taken out of his left ear.
Original character analysis (In your own words and please be thorough)
Personality:
Tito is confident and energetic. Brave, but easily startled. Flirtatious, with patience toward a love interest and friends more than anything else, but still rather short with patience. He quickly becomes annoyed, or goes from scared to brave.
History:
Tito’s story begins in Mexico, where he was born and lived before he went to New York. Along the way he learned to be competent with English, eventually joining a gang of dogs consisting of Dodger, Einstein, Francis (Whom he insisted upon calling Frankie), Rita and their owner, a human named Fagin.
Oliver, a cat, was brought in by Dodger and proved to be a valuable friend. Tito was distrusting of Oliver at first, but warmed up to him in time, calling himself his “Uncle Tito”, and being the most upset when he wanted to leave to be with a human he had been found by.
The dog gang worked together to scrounge up valuables and food, for a long time attempting to pay off a loan from the evil Sykes, which tempted their owner toward evil himself, but Fagin proved to have a heart once a child was involved.
They made do with what they had, developing a close bond. Tito himself brought brave words and acts just as bold to the team. Of course, it came with a big attitude from the little dog. He especially grated on “Frankie”, at best they got along, but their interests were polar to each other.
The rest of his friends shut him up when they needed to, especially Rita. Georgette grew fond of his behavior after she got to know him, oddly he was the one that was sent running!
After they were rid of Sykes, the gang went back to their old ways, but outside his cruel grip. Oliver stayed with Jenny but remained a friend of the gang..
Ambitions:
Tito is devoted to his master and friends, and his main ambitions revolve around them having relative safety and security. Particularly his ambition is toward luxury, as shown through his pride in finding an old leather wallet; and through his excitement in their time in Jenny's home. Beyond this he lusts for a woman, although his taste in women is at odds with his own mangy status.
Strengths & abilities:
Tito's greatest strength is his loyalty and heart, willing to brave anything for his friends or for love. Notably he is skilled with electricity, able to hotwire both cars and heavy machinery with confidence.
Flaws:
Although it is an asset, Tito is frequently over-confident, not knowing when to back off or calm down. Tito quickly jumps to conclusions, often wild ones involving aliens or torture. His attitude grates on his friends, his teasing causes his friends to ignore him at times.
Likes:
Tito loves the ladies, and will do anything for one's attention. He's a sucker for a lady's charm, but his devotion may fade once he sees her true colors. He loves excitement, whether in the form of being in a fight, watching one on TV, or even dancing. He just loves to keep active and be involved.
Dislikes:
Tito hates having to be patient, or not being answered or getting results right away, even becoming mildly panicked if he doesn't know what's happening to a friend. When he is busy on a task, such as hot-wiring or driving, he has a short temper toward interruptions. Despite his eye for luxury, he does not enjoy baths or grooming.
Fears:
Tito fears losing friends, and inner conflict among his gang. Despite his skill with it, he is scared off from electricity after being electrocuted, needing some extra convincing to give it a shot.
