Hey, howdy, hey! The name's FloTheJungleDal, and I wished upon a star from this site. My other imaginary friends include Mowgli, Little John, and Patch. Heckler and I are so very eager to join the Worlds of Disney circle of life!

Why'd you pick this character? There are hundreds of experiments to choose from, and I’d like to play as one of them, specifically one who is fluent in English, since I haven’t even gotten the hang of the language that some of them speak in. Also, with this experiment’s primary function in mind, I’d like to give him a plot in which he would go through a tough lesson about how insulting others is wrong.
Character appearance (try to get at least 2 or 3 sentences for each section)
Hair description: Heckler has no head hair like that of a human. However, part of his appearance resembles hair that goes around the back and sides of the head and leaves a very large bald spot at the top. He also has a pair of antennae at the top of his head with light orange tips, and that can count as hair, right?
Facial description/mood/expressions: Heckler has small, beady black eyes, light orange eye patches, a large, oval red-violet nose, twisted pointy ears, and large fangs. He often shows feelings and expressions of happiness, sarcasm, rudeness, and grief.
Clothing style: Heckler doesn’t wear any clothes. Even though he has on him what appear to be a bowtie and two buttons, they’re just markings on his body.
Body build: Heckler is short and a bit chubby. He has thick skin everywhere, and not in the sense that he hopes no one else has when they get insulted by him.
Any unique traits (optional): Heckler has markings on his body that resemble a bowtie, two buttons, and a balding head.
Original character analysis (In your own words and please be thorough)
Personality:
Heckler is a loudmouth who couldn’t help but insult others. He is rude and mean to everyone he meets, and he feels no remorse for any verbal abuse he has caused on them. Of course, insulting others is the only thing that he was created by Jumba to do. When someone responds to an insult of his towards them, though, by admitting what he said about them is true or making insults about themselves, he ends up having an emotional meltdown and complaining about how he is “all alone in the world”.
History:
Heckler was created by Jumba in the latter’s lab. After he was first activated, he began spouting insults without thinking of the consequences for it anyone else’s feelings, which was seen by Jumba as a success in creating the experiment. Then, he was taken to enemy scientists and aliens by his creator to be put to the test. There, he threw many insults at the enemies, causing them to lose their concentration, lose their temper, lose their focus, and be laughed at by those working with them, also causing them to lose their self-confidence. Everyone who got insulted by Heckler and laughed at by those around them because of that got so angry that they demanded Jumba that the experiment should be destroyed, but the scientist refused.
As the sole day of Heckler’s existence up to that point progressed, the experiment made things even more difficult for everyone he met with his insults, and he ended up having to be silenced physically a couple of times because of it. The further insults got everyone even angrier with Heckler and Jumba, so it was decided that Heckler was to be deactivated, and that was exactly what Jumba did, but not before the experiment got chased around and caught eventually by guards, and Jumba unwillingly revealed that the only way to make the experiment stop making insults was to accept that the insults made toward them were true, leading him to sob in defeat when they did.
After Heckler was deactivated, his experiment pod was placed in an experiment pod container, and he wasn’t reactivated ever since...that was, until a big confrontation over Stitch occurred, causing the experiment pod container to get lost and open by accident, releasing all the experiment pods, which scattered all around various places, with Heckler’s experiment pod landing in water in a place that seemed like where he could easily fit in.
Ambitions:
As Heckler was created only to crush others’ self-confidence with verbal abuse, that would seem to be his only ambition, whether to enemies or anyone else. Until someone comes by and tries to change his behavior for the better, if anyone dares to, his ambition will never change.
Strengths & abilities:
Heckler only knows how to hurt others’ feelings, crush their self-confidence, and make them lose focus, and he does it all with verbal abuse. What else can he be capable of doing, as insulting others was the only thing he was created to do? Well, he is also one of the experiments who can speak fluent English, but other than that, verbally abusing others is all he is capable of doing.
Flaws:
Heckler definitely doesn’t know how to speak nicely to others or stop to think about his choice of words and acknowledge that what he does is wrong. He also gets easily defeated when others make fun of themselves by admitting that his insults toward them were true, and he breaks down and has a pity party as a result.
Likes:
Insulting others, taunting them, and seeing them get upset by his insults and taunts in any way are the only things Heckler likes.
Dislikes:
Heckler doesn’t like it when anyone insulted by him admits that his insults toward them are true. He also doesn’t like being chased around, captured, and physically silenced by anyone he insults.
Fears:
Heckler has a big fear of being defeated by everyone around him admitting that his insults toward them are true and ending up feeling miserable in front of them and having nothing around him that will bring him joy.
Anything to add?:
Because Lilo here never knew any of Jumba’s other experiments besides Stitch (I was reminded this), the events of Heckler’s episode of Lilo & Stitch: The Series is not included in the history of this character, so that episode of the show will be disregarded entirely.
