That last chaotic event with Jack Jack unleashed finding himself lost in one of the parks was still fresh on Helen's mind when she worked at the kitchen of the hotel that they stayed at. Working at a job undercover while taking care of three superpowered kids was definitely not something Helen was able to easily do without some kinda problem arising from it. Sure, Elastigirl was flexible, but she was still human. That was the entire reason why it was always Bob that would work in the private sector while Helen would take care of the superpowered kids. Though she recently switched with Bob, she felt like she missed out on a lot of Jack Jack's powers that she offered Bob to cover the next shift of jobs, which was why she easily switch off again to work as a stay at home mom with Bob used to be here working in the construction site. Well, now she didn't feel like she missed out on any of his 17 powers. In fact, neither did the parks.    

"Well..." Helen sighed in response to Violet's suggestion about finding someone to watch Jack Jack while doing a mother-daughter thing, raising her eyes up to the ceiling when she finally decided to give in to this one idea that she had lingering in the back of her mind. She didn't like the idea of her baby being "experimented on," hence the reason that she refrained from doing so for so long, ever since Jumba brought it up. She also was far too humble to be asking for any grandiose favors, thinking it far too generous for her to deserve to take without something in return. Yet if it was purely observational in order to create a new device that would monitor Jack Jack's powers, it could prove to be helpful to her and the family as far as keeping track of Jack Jack. "I guess I could just drop him over with Edna and Jumba..I've been sorta meaning to have them work on making a new Baby Monitor for him.." The auburn haired mother mused pensively as she pushed the stroller out of the kitchen and motioned them to change into their supersuits after breakfast.

"Dash? Come on. We're taking Jack Jack over to Jumba and E. I need you behave and stay with them just in case. Besides, since you learned how to use it last time, if there's anything you'd wanna improve from the last device, they could certainly use your advice!" With any hope, that sounded convincing enough. Honestly, Helen just wanted Dash to watch over Jack Jack and stay in one place while she would be away with Violet, whom she honestly did not ever get to have a day together ever since she returned to the parks. 

"E? It's uhm.. Elastigirl?" The superheroine awkwardly used her superhero name when she called Edna using her headset. She was also known as Mrs. Incredible in the parks, apparently, but she wasn't used to calling herself that name compared to the name she gave herself for as long as she was a super. "Yeah, it's about Jack Jack. I was wondering if you could meet us at Jumba's lab over at Tomorrowland to see if you could help out with that baby monitor? Dash is here, too. He'll sort of be like.. Jumba's assistant!" The auburn haired super tossed a smirk over at Dash. Dash could certainly use some of the scientific education, given that he wasn't currently going to school nor had any homework to work on.  

After the superheroine hung up with Edna, the family of supers headed over to Jumba's lab, which ended up being a lot slower than it would've been if Helen had their means of transportation to get them from the hotel to the park, like when she had her old car, or her flexible elasticycle. Although they did have a car here at the parks while Bob was here, it was given away in exchange for some free nights at a hotel before they ended up moving to a different hotel. Once they did get to the Magic Kingdom Park, they all headed over easily to Tomorrowland, where Jumba had said that his lab was. 

The masked super in red knocked on the door with her masked 1 year old baby in her arms. "Hope this is the right place.." She commented to herself with a wry smile, glancing over at Dash to make sure. She was sure that he had been here before, right? Another sigh escaped her lips as she gazed over at Jack Jack and held him against her, trying to comfort her own thoughts on this. "Easy. It's fine. No one is experimenting on your baby..this is just..a visit! A visit to..Auntie Edna! Yeah.." Elastigirl muttered to herself before glancing down at Jack Jack worriedly, an expression any mother would make when they would second guess whether they were being a good parent based on a decision they made. Still, she smiled when Jack Jack cooed with a squirm of delight upon hearing Auntie Edna. "You like Auntie Edna, don't you sweetie? And maybe even Uncle..Jumba?" She smirked at the baby upon seeing him wiggle happily with a smile. "Though a baby monitor would certainly be useful.." Elastigirl mused to herself with a snarky smirk while she waited for an answer, bouncing her baby gently in her arms. With a glance over at Violet and Dash, the supermom knew that they probably also felt the same, given that they were sometimes tasked with babysitting while Helen tried to work a normal work shift. It was about time that they tracked down Jack Jack using an easier way instead of frantically searching for a baby that could disappear into another dimension, teleport, or go through walls.

[Dash Parr]

Dash was currently investigating his omelet; lifting up one corner with his fork. Mom had made it, and probably slipped vegetables into it somewhere. She knew what happened if she left Dash to the free buffet all the time, and so every now and again Dash would get a breakfast order that had not been his idea!

Sure enough there was a suspicious green bit! Dash moved it aside with his fork and went investigating again, taking a bite once he was sure the piece passed inspection. The bacon with the omelet was not suspect, and devoured immediately!

Upon hearing the kitchen door swing open again, Dash sat up, before his mom could catch him at inspecting his food. Even if his scrutiny was by no means a secret, or surprising to Helen. In the interest of pleasing his mom (and getting the vegetables down in as unnoticed a manner as possible) Dash shoved the omelet in, but not at such a pace that the other diners about would wonder at it.

"Dash? Come on. We're taking Jack Jack over to Jumba and E. I need you behave and stay with them just in case"

Dash was suddenly glad he'd finished up his breakfast quickly! He immediately hopped down, just remembering to get his plate and carry it over to where the dirty dishes went, joining his mother, Violet and Jack-Jack. As they walked, Mom called Miss E to tell her of the plan. Dash grinned at the mention of being Jumba's assistant!

As they got closer to Tomorrowland, he looked at the buildings as they passed, making sure they were going the right way, and they were. "Yeah, it is Mom", Dash nodded as she questioned if they were were at the right place. It was supposed to be a bit confusing, Mr. Jumba having put his lab back behind the usual attractions and so everyone wouldn't come investigating.

[Jumba Jookiba]

Jumba was rather pleased with himself! Of course he was rather pleased with himself with most things he did, but reassembling a test platform a lot like what he had had for Experiment making back on Kweltekwan and Hawaii, here in the parks, and with even fewer resources available to him with the barrier limiting shopping, was nothing to expel earth mucus at!

The scientist was already used to having to make said scanner(s) pretty indestructible, given his creations, but made sure to pay attention to the powers Dash had said his brother had specifically, and since he and this E person would be making a scanner to track each individually. Different than what Jumba had before attempted, and more of a Vitals Checker.

Of course, since E had made it before (presumably) she would probably have a good idea of how to go about doing such again; and from what Dash said on the thing, it would include ways to curb powers as well as just track and tell what came next.

All very intriguing, and Jumba was inclined to admit that Miss E no doubt knew the best way to proceed making such a thing.

Still, the alien scientist very much intended to give the Earth woman the benefit of his own vast intellect. Together they could make a tracker to beat any they had previously done separately! Jumba was just tightening a screw on his latest version of the space that would hopefully allow little Jack-Jack ample room to explore and show them what all he could do, in a controlled environment, when he heard the knock upon the door.

"Coming!", he called, and walked over to get the door. "Ah, Mrs. Incredible", he remembered (wrongly and from overhearing it in the parks) what name to use when she was in her super-suit and gestured both her and Dash inside, giving the boy a slight hair tousle on his way in, "And little Dashing Boy, be coming in, please", he stepped aside so that they could enter.

"Can I be getting either of you anything? Given my lab assistants' love of sandwiches, am always having sodas and other things on hand; but he is having double shift so Little Boy can be helping me very much", Jumba next assured Dash, in case the boy felt like he wasn't needed with Jumba having an actual Lab Assistant. He also didn't rush Helen along in the interest of doing all he could to reassure her he was not just going to experiment on her poor baby.

He had learned about worried human guardians from being around Nani.

"E? It's uhm.. Elastigirl?" "Yeah, it's about Jack Jack. I was wondering if you could meet us at Jumba's lab over at Tomorrowland to see if you could help out with that baby monitor? Dash is here, too. He'll sort of be like.. Jumba's assistant!"

The idea was somethig that honestly Edna was really hoping would go well without any problems whatsoever, but given that its her favorite little baby Jack-Jack the fashionista was a bit concerned that there might be some issues as she remembered how she studied the many powers that Jack Jack had and it wasn't a cake walk at all as she still remembered that moment the baby turned into a monsterous demon. However this was something that Helen was really hoping for and Edna wanted to do it for her family friends plus maybe this Jumba character will be able to understand the powers of the little baby as much as the fashionista does.

After carefully making her way around Tomorrowland she stopped to look around hoping to find the place as she took a deep breath hoping that she would be ready to present the powers without any problems at all. She turned around and with a smile she discovered the location of the lab as she proceeded to knock on the door waiting for the door to be opened. "Well, lets hope there ready for this experiment to happen, i'm just hoping I do have enough just in case" Edna said as she inspected the bag seeing a couple of boxes of cookies ready just in case the little baby was going to utilize his multiply powers or his demon power randomly.

[Jumba Jookiba]

This other scientist, Miss E, arrived just after the Parrs and little Jack-Jack, whom they were helping by way of these tests. Splendid! Jumba liked when things for experiments and tests worked out, and given their tendency to not always do so...especially for him.

Of course he wouldn't give voice to any of his doubts in front of Mrs. Parr, and especially not when she was trusting him--them--with her little boy--both of them.

"Well, lets hope there ready for this experiment to happen, i'm just hoping I do have enough just in case"

"Ah yes, always good to check!", Jumba agreed, "And welcome, you must be being Miss E that Little Boy was telling me all about. I'm Dr. Jumba Jookiba, will be pleasure working with you", Jumba held out a hand to shake, since they would be working together and she was the one person here he didn't already know.

[Edna Mode]

The Door opened and right as it did Edna made her way inside and sure enough she was pleased to see Helen here along with the kids Dash and Violet as well, and of course the main reason why she was here the adorable little Jack Jack. As much as she enjoy seeing his presence all the time there was a reason why this was happening today as she was indeed ready to test out the multiple powers and Helen did mention about something about a special baby monitor at one point so maybe it would be interesting to see how the procedure would go.

"And welcome, you must be being Miss E that Little Boy was telling me all about. I'm Dr. Jumba Jookiba, will be pleasure working with you"

Edna turned around and was actually surprised to see that this Jumba person, was in fact anything but ordinary especially an intergalactic being that had a good mind and was courteous. As the alien extended his hand out to shake, the fashionista chuckled and shook the hand back.

"Charmed and pleasure to meet you, and yes i am Edna Mode but my friends and you can call me E or Edna." Edna responded with a grin as she a had a feeling this alien was probably gonna be a good partner in helping her out with this experiment. "I'm looking forward to this experiment, after all it's always best to be prepared for just such an emergency after all, our little experiment will be anything but ordinary." Edna added as she looked at Jack Jack and winked with a smile knowing the baby will be ok since his favorite aunt is here to make sure everything turns out ok.

"Hey Jumba! Nice seein' you again!" The masked superheroine in black and red smirked upon being called Mrs. Incredible by Jumba, who greeted them at the door. Given that she'd heard it before too many times, she was used to the new name by now. A part of her preferred Elastigirl, the side of her that was all about asserting yourself and imposing your will on the status quo! Yet, given that her husband wasn't here, she was okay with honoring him in a way, kind of like taking his last name in marriage. Although, if she would ever meet him again, she would most assuredly revert to being referred to as Elastigirl for the sake of not interfering with her husband's enormous ego.

"Oh.. thanks! We're okay though. We just ate not too long ago!" The Southern supermom smiled appreciatively at Jumba's hospitality, then planted a black gloved hand on her shapely hip as she glanced over at Dash with a knowing smirk. She made sure of that. The last thing anyone needed was an energetic boy eating all of Jumba's snacks, and that's not even counting Jack Jack and his love of snacks, too!  

"Actually, I was thinkin' of paying you for lunch if anything. You know what? I think I'll swing by anyway to bring some lunch for everyone, how's that sound?" Helen glanced over at Violet to see if that would be alright to make a quick stop here in order to check on things while they were on their day together. The stay-at-home mother wasn't used to leaving her kids alone with someone other than the Riveras, and even that took some time before she finally let the Riveras watch her children - and they're technically dead! Maybe it was just years of just handling it alone. It wasn't like she was used to family helping or even friendly neighbors that understood their secret identities. With the exception of Rick Dicker helping them with the moving, the Parr family was mostly on their own.

"Hey, E! Thanks for stopping by so last minute! You know I wouldn't wanna bother you if it wasn't important." The superheroine walked with Jumba over to greet Edna upon seeing her in the laboratory.  Jack-Jack was gurgling with a happy squirm in Helen's arms upon seeing Auntie Edna again. "I think he heard you over the phone and he's been that way ever since!" Elastigirl smirked as she let Jack Jack down to be with Edna, finding amusement that Jack Jack was so attached to Edna like that, that even hearing E's voice made him excited.   

"I'm looking forward to this experiment, after all it's always best to be prepared for just such an emergency after all, our little experiment will be anything but ordinary."

"Experiment?" The superpowered mother raised her thin eyebrows in alarm as she planted both hands on her shapely hips, suddenly on edge, "What in the world will the baby be doing?!" There was no way that she would approve of anyone experimenting on her children, especially her baby. She didn't like the idea of her kids being experimented on, at all. It was one of her fears that lead her to taking the kids to Doc Sunbright, who was used to working with people with powers, instead of a normal doctor or hospital.   

Elastigirl pinched the bridge of her nose between her masked eyes and then took a breath to calm herself. Easy, girl. Remember why you're here. Jack-Jack's monitor is important. "Um..look. E.. I get that you worked with him before, but can we not call it an experiment? He's still just a baby!" It would certainly make her feel better at least. It's not like she knew exactly what was being done in these so called tests, and probably not knowing was what made her on edge in the first place? This was obviously stemming from the fact that Helen was a stay-at-home mother and even taking Winston's job out in the city as Elastigirl required some hesitation on her part before she even agreed, and she only finally relented with her husband. Now that her husband was gone, her hesitation on leaving her children with anyone else was a lot greater. Still, Helen also knew that this was important for her family, especially for them to find Jack Jack in case his powers were to act up again, but she was too busy crimefighting during the entire situation when her husband first brought him over to Edna's house; she wasn't used to all of this like the rest of her family was!

(OOC:sorry for the wait still on the healing process from the wisdom teeth removal and meds will usually take its toll and if i upsetted you in the last post with the word experiment Helen i apologize)

"What in the world will the baby be doing?!" "Um..look. E.. I get that you worked with him before, but can we not call it an experiment? He's still just a baby!"

Edna knew how much protective Helen was to young Jack Jack and while the word experiment didn't seem to go well she knew that even she didnt like to say the word either knowing it is indeed a human child with unique traits and nothing more. However, this was going to be a good chance to see if they can manage to succeed without any problems at all and she was concern that it might affect badly on Helen or even the kids during this procedure.

"Yes, forgive me I know he is a baby and not an Experiment, only trying to keep the conversation well. I can assure you I'll see to it that Jack Jack will be ok, provided nothing bad does happen" Edna quietly responded to Helen trying to assure that everything will be ok and that whatever tests are going to be will be as different than how the tests she did turned out in the past. She then turned to little Jack Jack and gave him a wink of confidence that everything will be ok since Auntie Edna is around.

[Dash Parr]

Dash was about to take Mr. Jumba up on his soda offer, when Mom intervened and said they were good. Yes, they had had breakfast, but what did that have to do with soda?! Dash could pick his battles though, if he wanted to, and pressing the issue might change Mom's mind about letting him help with the super cool Alien and Super Experimenting (Dash had no problems with the word) so he decided maybe he'd get one after she left.

While Mom and Miss E discussed Experimenting as a word, Dash went over to examine some of Mr. Jumba's equipment. The ones he hadn't seen.

"Woah, what's this do?", Dash picked up a remote, wondering if it had to do with Jack-Jack's experiments today, and pressed a button even before letting Mr. Jumba tell him the answer. Thankfully nothing exploded and a blue light only came out, like a neat flashlight, he supposed.

[Jumba Jookiba]

"Actually, I was thinkin' of paying you for lunch if anything. You know what? I think I'll swing by anyway to bring some lunch for everyone, how's that sound?"

Jumba was arguably used to the concept of free meals, given 625's sandwich making habits, and even with him utilizing those skills at an actual sandwich shop now as well. It was an unintended purpose for his creation, so he hardly 'tired' of making sandwiches. Or near as Jumba had asked him he hadn't.

Though the scientist was also not always good about asking his creations what they, in their freewill, wanted to do.

"Would be very nice, thanking you!", Jumba accepted the offer.

Miss E gave him permission to call her by her first name, Edna, or just E if he wished. By inference putting him in the category of her friends, and so already showing she thought this sharing of scientific knowledge was going to go well. As he did also. "E or Edna", he repeated with a smile, "Both are very short and easy to recall, am liking. Er and also may call me just Jumba if wishing", he extended the offer back.

He next watched the baby's obvious fondness for Edna. Something that would prove useful in helping him remain calm, though he had met Jumba and his own brother was here as well. Still the more familiar people, the better.

"Um..look. E.. I get that you worked with him before, but can we not call it an experiment? He's still just a baby!"

Though the question was directed at Edna, Jumba gave his own reassurances, for what it was worth, and since he knew he was probably the one scientist here she was the most nervous of, even if she wouldn't say it, Edna being a trusted friend from home.

Just like those times with Nani...only...better.

He hadn't always put Nani at ease, even when he tried.

"Oh yes yes, will be more like letting little baby play with advanced alien tools than experimenting". Jumba had no problem letting slip the alien card, the Parrs knew it and Edna was likely to find out soon anyway if he worked with her; plus all seemed trustworthy.

The little boy zipped over to examine one of his instruments. Not that Jumba wasn't all for explaining the grandness of what each of his inventions did, but he was also trying to keep the boys' mother reassured about the whole thing. Though the current item wasn't all that dangerous. "Ah, am working on making hologram for to make calls, is not done", he explained, taking back the instrument and putting it back. Hence no contacting and just the light.
