Morgana Macawber was terribly busy! A restaurant really doesn't run itself, even with the use of magic. Still, the reformed business woman took a moment to wonder how Darkwing was doing. She hadn't been accompanying Darkwing in his heroic cases for a short while, though she was expecting him to show up today after she spoke with him on the pay phone regarding their romantic date. If she were honest with herself, the former villainess felt that the planning involved with owning her business appealed to her more than going out and looking for crime ever since she stopped committing it. Still, if Darkwing ever wanted her to be on a case, Morgana wasn't one to say no to her boyfriend either. It certainly helped her with improving her ability to think on her feet, particularly the mental calculations needed for her spells to work the way she wanted them to. However, today was all about using her strength as a planner, trying to refurbish the restaurant and getting her bats, Eek and Squeak, to help pass out flyers to advertise again with the hopes of proving that food critic wrong! No one was going to mess up her restaurant this time! "Well, now that Aunt Nasty is all done with the preparations for the new monster food menu, I should see to the decorations to make sure that everything is just perfect!" Morgana opened the doors from the kitchen to enter her restaurant when her green eyes suddenly widened at the sight of several large bears playing stringed instruments before an audience. Her beak parted open in shock at the music that they had been cheerfully playing, a far cry from the scary atmosphere that her restaurant was supposed to be. They were even singing in unison!
"Singing bears?! In MY restaurant?! NO! Oh, of all the insufferable things to-!" Morgana suddenly blinked her eyes wide upon feeling a sudden case of deja vu, and instantly narrowed her eyebrows. There was only ONE person who would do such a thing, and that was only because he had only just done it not long ago before! With a mental calculation on the wind speed and force for her spell to work, Morgana flicked her wrists and a burst of wind expelled from her hands and blasted the doors to the entrance wide opened. "DARKWINGG!!!" The sorceress in red yelled for her boyfriend as she stomped outside of the building. "Oh! When I get my hands on him, I'LL-!" Morgana had every intention of showing just exactly what she meant by that in the most electrifying way, but upon turning her attention to the restaurant she had just came out of to search for where Darkwing would be, Morgana blinked her eyes in surprise at the wooden building that was nothing like the gloomy Shadow Chateau! In an instant, her anger had ceased and quickly changed to bewilderment. "This isn't my restaurant!" She quickly realized upon gazing at what she initially thought was her restaurant from the outside, noting the sign upon the building. Country Bears Jamboree? Was she at a show in the bayou of St. Canard? She knew someone from her Hex of the Month Club here. "But I know I didn't go through a portal.." Morgana mused softly in response to her thoughts, puzzled at how she suddenly found herself here without knowingly going through one of her portal rooms. "Though it certainly looks like it..!" Even the sorceresss knew there could not be another reason for it except a portal. That had to mean that someone else created one.. but who? And why her of all people? Morgana rarely went looking for trouble since she had left crime, only to those that messed with her or Darkwing, of course. Oh, if only Darkwing Duck were here!
While the magical business woman sashayed on the road with one hand raised to hold up the tattered dress that she held around her finger, her green eyes glimpsed around at the people that looked far from the Normals she was used to in St. Canard or even in her own home in Transylvania. "My, what peculiar people.." Morgana lowered her eyelids with an intrigued smile across her beak, taking delight in the strangeness of their figures that were far from the ducks she was used to. This certainly felt like one of those Twilight Hexes that her Hex of the Month Club had talked about once. "How wonderful! I've never seen anything like it!" The tall white duck in the blood red dress clasped her hands together in amusement. What place could this possibly be? It was all so.. unfamiliar, in such a refreshing way.
