Character basics
Character name: Jingles
Age: 67 years old (Young at heart)
Species: Horse
Birthplace: Fantasyland, Disneyland

Custom title: Matriarch of the Carrousel
Why'd you pick this character? Jingles is my favorite horse on King Arthur's Carrousel and was painted special for her dedication to Julie Andrews who played Mary Poppins.

Body build: Jingles was built like all carrousel horses are built: strong and beautiful. Her snowy white coat is soft and smooth but nothing compared to her golden hooves.
Any unique traits (optional): Jingles has a Hidden Mickey comprised of three jewels on her cantle with the title "Honorary Ambassador" painted under it.
Original character analysis (In your own words and please be thorough)
Personality:
Jingles may be old but she is young at heart and adores children, loves making them happy. She extremely affectionate and very playful when she wants to be but knows when to be serious. She treats children as if they were hers, wanting nothing but to bring happiness to everyone she meets. Since she doesn't speak, she uses body language to communicate.
History:
Ever since Disneyland first opened to the public, Jingles the carrousel horse has brought so much joy to children who visit her in the park. Her favorite person she would love to give rides to was Walt Disney, the founder of the park and in her opinion, her best friend. She always brighten when she saw him come to the carrousel. She adored how Walt welcomed people into the park and brought out the magic inside them, especially children. She hoped to be as wonderful and kind as her friend. As time went on,she began to notice that something was happening to the magic inside people, namely children as they grew. It saddened her to see the magic fade and wanted to save it.
On one night, she made a wish upon the evening star to help keep childhood wonder alive, show that fun and memories had no limits, and to spread the message of love. Even though she couldn't move or talk, she made this wish with all her heart in hopes that one day, her dream will come true. However, that was the night before her beloved friend sadly passed away from lung cancer. Even though she was still popular and beloved by children, Jingles lost the magic that Walt had given her through the years they spent together. Now frozen in time, waiting for the magic to live again.
