Anastasia sat at the fountain that was based off her stepsister behind the castle. She still had no idea where she was, who anybody was, and how she managed to get her. What the little bear said concerned her, her mother had kidnapped a bear.
Why? She sighed gently and the young woman rested her hands in her chin as she stared at her feet. The water trickled behind her and she glanced over to the side to some bronzed birds. Reaching over to the side she pat one of them on the heads, "Hm, you guys sure are a lot more quiet I think I sort of even miss the noisy birds." The birds that were around were white and tall. Nothing like she was used to.
The stepsister glanced back up to the castle. It wasn't the same. It wasn't the castle that hung so high above all of the towns and fine houses. Some people seemed to have known who her sister was but they hadn't met her and almost everyone seemed to know her story which ashamed her. Frowning, she felt her lower lip tremble.
If only she had known.
It was all Mother's fault. Anastasia never suggested that Cinderella be a servant! It was Mother's fault. She sighed and her shoulders dropped as she shook her head. Red hair hung against her shoulders and she rubbed at her eyes. Anastasia was very tired, she yawned and her hand moved over her mouth.
Mother wouldn't like it to have known she had yawned...The young woman stretched out and glanced back to her sister's statue. "I bet you're back home," she turned herself and her eyelids dropped, "Drinking tea or being at least a lot happier than I am right now." How could anyone not be happy to be around there. She didn't have the strength to move at the moment.
