As the landscape changed dramatically, to a much wilder, more exotic jungle, Quasi could only watch in wide eyed wonder as he curiously yet cautiously wandered through it.
Though the noises in this strange, unfamiliar jungle, were somewhat alarming, they had a fascinating sound to them as well.
The creatures he only catched a brief sight of from the corner of his eyes before they disappeared, puzzled him even more. What he could make out of them was unlike anything he`d ever seen.
The insects, the only living creature he could catch a full glimpse of now and then, seemed almost supernatural in their gigantic size.
Exactly what caused his alarm to increase, and send chills down his spine he couldn`t point out, before he became conscious of what his ears had heard quite a while already.
The faint, yet heavy sound of footsteps, that, when he paused to listen, seemed to come closer, making the ground tremble under it`s weight.
Quasi`s eyes grew abnormally wide as he figured the size of the creature behind the earthquaking footsteps had to be, well, enormous.
Images off creatures equal to Notre Dame in size ran through his mind as he slowly and silently backed, seeking shelter among the large leaves of a bush. ironically enough the creatures he imagined were much similar to dragons..
But as the bellringer learned upon the huge animal`s arrival, reality is stranger than fiction.
He briefly noted that the reptil-ish fellow indeed had a faint resemblance to a dragon, minus the wings off course.
he stared in chock and awe at the two legged creature with sharp claws, and equally sharp teeth in a muscular, pointy snout.
The dinosaur, Though the 15th century hunchback had no idea that was what such creatures normally was referred to as, stopped and sniffed the air, trying to make out the scent of it`s prey.
